The Team

Operators, Not Observers

The people who do this work have sat in the seats they now advise. Product strategy inside health-tech companies going through real change. Software architecture that had to run in production, not in a slide. Delivery organizations built and led through the messy middle of transformation. What follows is not a wall of titles — it’s who is actually in the room when the hard calls get made.

§ FOUNDERS

Founders

The two operators who founded CPP. Full founder narrative lives on the home page — this is the roster form.

§ FOUNDERS / 01

Mike Burns

Co-Founder

Mike brings 30+ years in healthcare marketing and digital transformation. He served as CSO at Advocado and as President of Health Services at Wunderman Thompson Health, with earlier leadership roles across KBM and Wunderman. He has spent three decades watching where transformation initiatives land and where they quietly stall.

§ FOUNDERS / 02

Shea Long

Co-Founder

Shea has spent his career in product strategy across health-tech — including roles at Centene, ModivCare, Papa, EmpowerMe Wellness, and Alivi. He has lived the AI-transformation problem from inside operating roles, not from a vendor’s chair, and that operator’s vantage point runs through everything CPP writes and builds.

§ LEADERSHIP

Leadership

The C-suite that runs CPP’s product, technology, and delivery.

§ LEADERSHIP / 01

Charles Eaton

SVP of Product Development & Design

Charles leads design strategy across CPP’s product and AI engagements, making sure solutions are technically sound and deeply aligned with real human and business needs. He brings 25 years of experience and operational depth to the team — and a combination that is genuinely rare: IT systems architecture and UX design in one person. That pairing is what makes him uniquely effective at shaping agentic AI solutions, where the systems thinking and the human experience have to be designed together or not at all.

§ LEADERSHIP / 02

James Dickman

Chief Technology Officer

James sets CPP’s technical vision and leads architecture, engineering, and applied AI strategy. With over 28 years as a software architect and technology entrepreneur, he has built dozens of production systems spanning cloud platforms, data pipelines, real-time analytics, and AI-driven applications. He knows the difference between a system that demos and a system that runs — because he has shipped both.

§ LEADERSHIP / 03

Jason Wargel

SVP of Program Management

Jason brings 20+ years building and leading technology delivery organizations. He oversees strategy, operations, and execution — the discipline that moves an AI engagement from ambiguity to a clear, scalable plan. He is the person who makes sure the work has a path, an owner, and an end state before the momentum runs out.

§ ADVISORS

Advisors

Outside operators who advise CPP on strategy, methodology, and delivery standards.

§ ADVISORS / 01

Brian Handrigan

Strategic AI Advisor

Brian is a serial marketing-technology founder, inventor, and AI builder. Over two decades he co-founded and led a series of ad-tech companies — Advocado, Traaqr, and Click With Me Now — building measurement, attribution, and conversion systems. He is a named inventor on six issued U.S. patents spanning online-to-offline conversion tracking, automated call routing, and co-browsing. Most recently he built the NEXT90 and grāmatr AI platforms largely himself, harnessing AI agents to execute a decades-long vision for intelligent, self-improving software. He advises CPP on AI strategy — bringing an operator’s view of where AI actually creates leverage, and where it quietly burns budget.

§ ADVISORS / 02

Jennifer Hickman

Advisor, Customer Experience

Jennifer advises CPP on consulting methodology and delivery standards. As the former SVP of Wunderman-Thompson Health Consulting Division, she specializes in process transformation, customer-experience re-invention, and AI use-case identification and prioritization — the discipline of deciding which problems are worth solving before anyone starts building.
